Best reports of Walleye have been NW of W. Sister "the triangle" (NW W. Sister/Turn Around Buoy/outer shipping channel), around Niagara Reef and E. of Kelley's Island. Worm harnesses and spoons. Perch have best reports around Marblehead, Kelley's Island and Rattlesnake Island and also around Toledo Water Intake using spreaders w/shiners fished near bottom produce best fish.
